Refund & Exchange
All sales are final - we do not accept refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fairyfloss.studio@outlook.com or through our Instagram account @fairyfloss.studio to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your order number, details of the product, image of the defect, and your order invoice in your return request.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund and credit your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
