Shipping

All candle items are made to order, so kindly allow 3-7 business days for us to prepare your item before processing it.

If your order contains candles, we will ship your parcel once all items are ready. However, if you prefer to receive your ready stock items first, kindly place a separate order for them.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We'll send you another notification once your order has shipped.

We offer flat rate shipping to Malaysia & Singapore with the following rates:

• All shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.  
• For international shipping, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees.
